What is Fondue Pelaude? adult €30 A complete taste experience.
Fondue Pelaude is a homemade creation. A signature dish. This is the principle of Fondue Bourguignonne, a red meat fondue from the Limousin breed, our artisan/butcher is Hugues Burgalières. This red meat fondue is not made with oil but the meat is cooked in a preparation by Chef Jules based on 33 spices and small vegetables. The 200g of meat per person to start and all you can eat! are accompanied by 5 crudités, 4 sauces and a homemade potato gratin*. In 30 years with this Fondue Pelaude, we have done weddings, baptisms, reunions, birthday meals, in short all the beautiful occasions of life. We hope to have answered your question, to discover if you do not know! One of the 33 spices is "REVIENSY" *possibility for gourmets to order additional Potato Gratin €6 per portion.
To make this Fondue Pelaude, we use a frozen raw vegetable brunoise, and for our sauces we use a Heinz mayonnaise base that we season in-house.

Coutancie beef, exceptional meat, lightly matured for 6 to 9 weeks, ribs weighing +/- 1.5 kg at €150 per kg , sold by the whole rib, must be reserved 1 week in advance.
"From 29 years of experience, we plan for +/- 450 to 500g per person. For a midday cooking, the meat is taken out of the cold room around 9 a.m.; and for a cooking around 8 p.m. it is taken out of the cold room around 5 p.m. This is why it is imperative to order in advance. If you do not eat everything, a takeaway package is available.
